Sneezypoo!

"Eat right, exercise regularly, die anyway."

I'm not sure where this came from(maybe the handful of snot Ethan fed me on the weekend)...but it's here and seems to want to stay. Yesterday I noticed that my nose was running and I was going thru tissues faster than usual. Usually this would result in my running to the cupboard in the kitchen and popping my Cold fx pills but alas, I'M OUT!
I took all the smart steps yesterday and drank lots of water, ate my proper meals and even took a nap in the afternoon followed by a few Buckley's Tablets. I woke this morning with a small sniffle but perhaps I'm over the hump. If this virus thinks that its going to keep me from going to the gym this afternoon it is wrong. It may take a while longer to finish my workout with blowing my nose and sanitizing my hands before getting back at it but I'm not going to let this get me down.
Thankfully I heard back last night from the logo job and have a few more steps to take before the job is complete. They've settled on a font and I've sent another proof with a little extra something to it that I'm hoping they like, but if not, no problemo!
I'm excited to go to the bulk barn this afternoon because they have couscous (the food so nice you say it twice) 20% off as well as a lot of their seasonings. What makes the trip even sweeter is that they have a $3 coupon in the flyer. HUZZA!
No worries though people, I will not be sampling or purchasing the devil sweets. If there is one thing that I can pride myself on is the fact that Trevor has so much junk food around this place and I have yet to gorge myself or try any of it. If there is one thing I have besides cellulite, it's self control. Although when he came home with ice cream (my favorite) I felt as though I could bite his hand off to get at it.
Time to get the booty in motion and start the rest of my day. Hope everyone makes smart choices today and continues to make smart choices. Small steps will accumulate.
It's a long ride, but it's a good ride.
